McClintock's and Those

As mentioned in my "No more Duke" post below, I am to begin taking an oral form of Targretin (bexarotene). The link in the title above is to a HTML version of an FDA document regarding the drug (a pdf version is here) (the HTML version loads quicker, but skews some graphics). My oncologist is monitoring the most common side effects - increase LDL (bad cholesterol) and hypothyroid - though the doc also lists other possible side effects, which is sobering and a reminder that my CTCL is serious.
